Tahini or roasted sesame seed puree is main sauce in Mediterranean cuisines. Here I have prepared it for hummus.
Roast sesame seeeds in a pan, stir continuously for about 10 mins (not to burn).
Transfer it to blender, let it cool.
Blend them into crumbly texture and add oil to make into fine paste (can add oil upto how liquidy the tahini shoud be).
