Red Velvet Cake Truffles

Ingredients:-
1 Red velvet cake crumbled-about 4-5cps (for Red Velvet Cake Recipe)
Cream cheese-8oz (room temp)
Sugar-5tbsp
White chocolate chips-450gms
Sprinkles-for garnishing(opt)

Method:-
Crumble the cake in a large bowl.

In an another bowl cream the cheese with sugar.

Transfer the cheese to the cake crumble & mix well into smooth dough.
Ball them into a lemon size & place on lined tray and refrigerate for about 2hrs.

Melt chocolate chips.
Cover the cake balls in melted chocolates & again place on lined tray and refrigerate.
If you wanna garnish with sprinkles, do it immediately after covering with chocolate.
