Fig is the high source of dietary fiber and minerals. Flavor different food with these fig.
All purpose flour-1 1/2cp
Dried fig-7 (pureed)
In a large mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients till poppy seeds & mix them.
Cut the dried fig into a sauce pan, add some water and boil for about 5 mins. Puree the mixture.
Mix the wet ingredients in an another bowl from buttermilk to fig puree.
Combine both wet and dry ingredients and bring to thick batter consistency.
Turn on the waffle maker, pour the batter and cook for desired time and ready.
Serve them with maple syrup or it’s good to have as it is. I completely avoid extra calories from sweet…
