This is my first attempt making eggless cake. Since long time, one of my friend was requesting for the eggless cake recipe for her kids. Flax seed is the best substitute for egg and healthy too. It’s good to add flax seeds in our diet as much as possible daily in limitted amount.
All purpose flour-1 1/2cp
Vanilla essence-1 1/2tsp
Flax seed pdr-2tbsp
Preheat oven at 325 F.
Grind flax seed powder, dates & milk together into gelatinous paste.
Take dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a mixing bowl add in sugar, oil & vanilla essence. Blend well & pour in dates mixture.
Blend again and add the dry ingredients in 2 batches (add little milk if needed).
Transfer the batter to the prepared tray and bake for about 40 mins.
Soft eggless cake is delicious!
