Coriander pdr-1 1/2tsp
Cumin seed pdr-1tsp
Kashmiri chilli pdr-2tsp
Barilla tomato and basil sauce-1/2cp
Apple cedar vinegar-2tbsp

Cut paneer lengthwise and soak in hot water with salt for about 20-25 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add in onion, garlic & green chilli and saute well.
Throw in all the masalas and roast them without getting burnt.
Add Barilla tomato and basil sauce & vinegar, give a nice stir.
Pour in 1/2 cup of water and add veggies. Cook covered for about 6-8 mins in medium flame.
Check for the salt.
Add in paneer (directly from the water) to the masala.
Stir well and flame off.
Keep patience for few minutes, let the paneer and masalas get combined.
Serve this Achari Paneer with lemon rice !!!
